With appropriate enthusiasm we offer this restaurant location, located on the dunes of Cadzand - Bad in residence "Badhuis Cadzand". This place is really unique for running a catering establishment, with a phenomenal view of the North Sea and the estuary of the Schelde.
In front of Badhuis Cadzand is the Strand Balkon, designed under the architect Okra, which is in line with the appearance of the building.

In Cadzand Bad, a new generation of entrepreneurs has emerged who are working together to redevelop this seaside resort, located next to the fashionable Belgian town of Knokke Heist. This is done with an allure that is seldom seen in the Netherlands. There is an ambitious urban development vision for the entire village on the basis of which a spectacular improvement in quality is currently being realised. The landscaped beautiful harbour of Cadzand is the most recent result of this. The development of Cadzand will continue in the coming years.
This improvement in quality over the past ten years has also been reflected in the many recreational new-build projects in the form of recreation parks and, above all, apartment buildings with the addition of just under 800 residential units. This development in Cadzand-Bad will continue, and this number will continue to grow.
The five existing four-star hotels also all have plans for spectacular new construction. The Strandhotel has been working on this new building since 2015. Hotel de Blanke Top, which is also located next to the Badhuis Cadzand, is also increasing its capacity by more than 100 new rooms.
Top chef Sergio Herman has started the culinary upgrading of Cadzand with the opening of his very successful restaurants Pure C, Air Republic and Blueness.
On the dunes is a wellness route planned, including, as a unique attraction, a wellness pavilion on the beach. All hotels, but also the fashionable Badhuis Cadzand, a complex on the dunes with 35 very exclusive apartments play on the seaside resort status by providing state of the art wellness facilities for their visitors. In addition to wellness, new shops will be created between the existing shopping centre and the new port.
The catering area
The ground floor of approximately 117 m² will be provided with underfloor heating with a cement floor, as well as the insulated walls and ceilings of the ground floor will be finished. This space is still entirely to be decorated according to your own views, so you can still determine the capacity in covers. The high ceiling gives the property a spacious feel and the large window frames with sliding doors provide plenty of natural light and a fine connection with the dunes.
The catering area has an adjoining terrace of approximately 41 m², where provisions have been made for the installation of gas burners.
The wooden deck terrace of about 50 m² located in front of the property is surrounded by glass walls and marram grass. From noon on, you can dine in the sun or enjoy a drink with the phenomenal view. It is also lovely to stay on this terrace on sultry summer evenings where the sun can be seen going down in the sea.
The basement with space for the toilets is about 68 m² and will be heated by radiators. There is also a waste storage room of about 9 m² with ventilation. This basement is accessible by a goods lift from the loading / unloading location on the entrance. There is also a joint grease trap for the 3 catering companies in the other basement.
